Liam McGuire is the winner of the Sports Journalism program’s faculty
choice award for the 2013-2014 academic year.
The G.P. Hunt Award
recognizes the top graduate in the one-year, post-grad program for his or her
leadership, enthusiasm, and high academic achievement.
Liam is from Antigonish, Nova Scotia. He came to Loyalist after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
He is currently writing for TSN's BarDown and Canadian Baseball.
