Former NHL player Theo Fleury and his co-author Kim Barthel visited with the Sports Journalism students Tuesday. They’re on a cross-Canada book tour to promote Conversations with a Rattlesnake.
Theo
calls Kim “the Wayne Gretzky of therapy”. The book is, as its title suggests, a
conversation between the two about healing and trauma.
Theo
and Kim were interviewed by Sports Journalism students Josh Burton and Andrew
McCormack. The interview will be broadcast on Friday, Dec. 12, on The Talktagon.
Theo and Kim are
speaking at the Belleville Public Library Dec. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m.
